A script example is: \u201cI\u2019m restocking the backbar because I noticed we\u2019re running low, when we stay ahead of this we don\u2019t run out in the middle of a service.\u201d &amp;lt;\/p&amp;gt; &amp;lt;br&amp;gt; &amp;lt;p&amp;gt; 13. \u201cHey (name) I\u2019ve noticed a pattern where (address a specific issue), I want to check in with what\u2019s going on.\u201d Then pause. &amp;lt;\/p&amp;gt; &amp;lt;br&amp;gt; &amp;lt;p&amp;gt; 14. Be short and sweet, and direct and kind. &amp;lt;\/p&amp;gt; &amp;lt;br&amp;gt; &amp;lt;p&amp;gt; 15. Create a framework that surrounds the issue not the person. &amp;lt;\/p&amp;gt; &amp;lt;br&amp;gt; &amp;lt;p&amp;gt; 16.
