Jonathan served as General Counsel for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security from 2021 to 2024, where he led legal teams, handled Supreme Court cases, and advised on sensitive national security issues. With extensive experience in Congress and the Justice Department, Jon offers an insider perspective on government and private sector interactions. Jon is a two-time recipient of the Secretary of Homeland Security\u2019s Outstanding Service Medal, along with the U.S. Secret Service Director\u2019s Honor Award, the Customs and Border Protection Commissioner\u2019s Ensign Award, and the U.S. Coast Guard Commandant\u2019s Distinguished Service Medal, among numerous other awards and honors.
