In my pre-interview deep dive\/preparation, I stumbled on a post by one of the band members' parents\u2014it was a true celebration of the band\u2019s journey. You can see the genuine love they have for each other. From holiday gatherings to major events, Speed is more than a band; they\u2019re family. What was supposed to be an 1-hour convo turned into an epic 2-hour hangout (sorry, Jem!). Tate and I walked away feeling like we made a friend. Huge thanks to Jem for being so open and genuine.
