JUST THE FACTS What\u2019s actually TRUE? \u201cDo the facts support my anxious thoughts?\u201d Am I doing a bunch of negative \u2018what if-ing?\u2019 Drop the assumptions &amp;amp; judgment. SERENITY A good one to remember: \u201cthe serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can &amp;amp; the wisdom to know the difference.\u201d What CAN you control?
