In this pilot episode of a five-part Food Safety series, Anderson shares how Pima County\u2019s processes for monitoring and responding to foodborne illness outbreaks has significantly improved due to their work on Standard 5 of the FDA\u2019s Voluntary National Retail Food Regulatory Program Standards and with the Council to Improve Foodborne Illness Outbreak Response.
