I started feeling like I needed to listen back to the episode to see if it was as scary, shameful, or embarrassing as my mind wanted me to believe, so I made a coffee the next morning and put my headphones on in bed and hit play. I'm glad I did. There's a reason I felt called to record this, and it's the same reason I'm going to publish it now - because it feels clean to tell the truth. It feels like washing my solar plexus. It feels incredibly empowering and the more I do it, the easier it gets.
