Amber has over 20 years of non-profit experience as a direct service provider, managing community-based programs, and leading department-wide culture improvement, training, and retention efforts.&amp;nbsp; Her advocacy, change management, management roles, training, and team building\/connecting experience motivated her to transition from nonprofit manager to coach and consultant.&amp;nbsp; Amber graduated from the Illustrious Dillard University in 2008 with a BA in Mass Communications. In 2012, she received an MPA from the University of New Orleans with a concentration in Non-Profit Leadership.&amp;nbsp; Today, Amber supports nonprofit and social service organizations in optimizing personal and organizational success through human-centered, compassionate, authentic, and transformative coaching. Amber\u2019s work focuses on transformative journeys toward self-discovery and growth that support an individual\u2019s professional and personal lives.
