Let’s start at the beginning.  The first step in any Treatment is an assessment.\r\nHow do you know if you need treatment?\r\nFirst of all what is an assessment and why is it important?\r\nDo Treatment Facilities have different levels of care? What is important?\r\nWhat are the Levels of Care available?  What is critical?\r\nHow are clients evaluated during the treatment process, do clients get re-assessed?\r\nWhat is eligibility criteria? \r\nWhat about dual diagnosis?  How do facilities deal with co-occurring mental health problems?\r\nDoes the program treat mental health problems?\r\nWhat about the use of Medication-Assisted Treatment?\r\nWhat about a client on meds, can facilities manage medications?\r\n2  What about COMPREHENSIVE INTEGRATED TREATMENT \r\nWhat is it?\r\nWhat types?\r\nWhat questions should be asked about Medical Care -\r\nWhat about Sexual Health services, what might be available?\r\nTrauma Services \r\nEducational\/Vocational Assistance \r\nOther Services\r\nWhat about the recovering community?\r\n4.
