It\u2019s about being intentional in doing small things that bring you energy and joy. It\u2019s about taking time for yourself but still staying clear on your vision, aligned with who you are, and then taking action that is aligned with who you are and connects your purpose with what you are trying to build. \ud835\udc47\ud835\udc4e\ud835\udc58\ud835\udc52\ud835\udc4e\ud835\udc64\ud835\udc4e\ud835\udc66\ud835\udc60 \ud83d\udcdd \ud83d\udd11 If you take care of yourself first there is so much more to give to other folks. \ud83d\udd11 There\u2019s a reason why coaches have coaches, therapists have therapists, and doctors have doctors.
