I will make the argument that not only is the job never finished, that we need to earn our place in our organisation using this very logic.&amp;nbsp; And until that time, it can feel really, really frustrating.&amp;nbsp; ","author_name":"Safety on Tap","author_url":"http:\/\/safetyontap.com\/episodes","html":"<iframe title=\"Libsyn Player\" style=\"border: none\" src=\"\/\/html5-player.libsyn.com\/embed\/episode\/id\/28110779\/height\/90\/theme\/custom\/thumbnail\/yes\/direction\/forward\/render-playlist\/no\/custom-color\/5a87e8\/\" height=\"90\" width=\"600\" scrolling=\"no\"  allowfullscreen webkitallowfullscreen mozallowfullscreen oallowfullscreen msallowfullscreen><\/iframe>","thumbnail_url":"https:\/\/assets.libsyn.com\/secure\/item\/28110779"}
