She is the award-winning author of the Snow Trilogy: Snow in Vietnam, Snow in Seattle, and Snow\u2019s Kitchen. Amy is currently working on the second novel in the phoenix series, showcasing the resiliency of people who\u2019ve survived deep trauma. Amy co-founded The Heart Community Collection, a resource for the CHD community, and sits on the board of the Vietnamese Boat People and Asian Artists for Mental Illness organizations. When she is not writing or volunteering, Amy is experimenting in the kitchen or screaming at the TV while watching NFL games, UFC fights, or Formula 1 events.
