Beth started her career at Bank of America in 1997 as a Commercial Banking credit analyst in Kansas City. She then held various positions in the Global Learning organization from 1999 to 2011.   After that, she joined the Small Business department as the national sales performance manager for the Client Development Group. From 2014 to 2016, Beth led the small business banking team in North Carolina.
