Today, we discuss her work around a recent piece she wrote called, \u201cThree Steps to Build Confidence.\u201d  (And, sadly, it doesn\u2019t involve scrolling on your phone to see what everyone else is doing.)   We also spend some time talking about some powerful research and her thoughts around \u201cexercise or cycling as therapy.\u201d There is some surprising research showing that ultra-endurance athletes are actually MORE prone to depression and mood disorders, even though exercise is often recommended as the antidote to depression.
