It should be just like we would do with a personal trainer for our fitness.\u201d -Anna    \u201cGetting that stuff out too whether it's negative or whatever, just being able to get that out of the, the mind just allows for the good stuff to go in.\u201d - Paul    \u201cMost of the time you don't focus on what you really want, your fear. Focus on what you think you should do.-Anna    \u201cThe willingness to the awareness, and the willingness to do something about it, and taking action to change. That's a huge one. We can complain or whatever else how life is. But if we actually don't take any action to change it, well it's gonna be like that, no matter what happens.\u201d -Paul   \u201cIt's probably never going to be totally balanced. I think it's always going to have ups and downs and whatever.
