Taylor is quick to highlight that Shanklin is really a customer service company that happens to provide heating and air conditioning. Customer service is their main focus. They serve the local community in any way they can, and that's really what sets them apart from the competition. You need only take a quick look at Shanklin's Facebook page to understand what Taylor means. Ben and Taylor talk about the company's history, the connection between their long legacy and the culture of the company, supporting the trades, the strength of their values, and some of the marketing strategies, tactics, and investments they've made to grow (including what they cheekily refer to as "R&D").  Speaking of strategies to grow...
