It infuses psychological safety, equitable work strategies, and an agile approach throughout its forward-leaning model.&amp;nbsp; She is also the co-founder of the Sarah Jane Academy, a program designed to fill the need for DEI tactics and a highly-regarded DEI certificate without cost barriers.&amp;nbsp; Dr. Jade holds a Master of Science in Business Management and a Master of Arts in Leadership &amp;amp; Communications from Gonzaga University.
