I often share that \u201cThe Wizard of Oz\u201d is one of my favorite movies because of all the layered messaging in the film. One of the scenes that stand out for me is when Glinda tells Dorothy, \u201cYou\u2019ve always had the power to go back to Kansas.\u201d That line reminds me of how self-doubt and fear can stop us from reaching our destinations. As I started singing the lyrics from that childhood game \u201cHands up to 85,\u201d I heard something different as an adult. I heard words that prepared me for this very moment. It gave me all the tips I needed to create this podcast.
