The version of myself that has the energy and confidence to grow, thrive and enjoy life.  In this episode we\u2019ll explore  - The benefits of play - What it means to let go and have fun and play - The different play personalities and how play looks different to each of us - The importance of making time for play Have a think about what things are playful to you. Make time to play for being playful and remember that it's okay if the things that are fun and playful to you aren't to everyone else. Get to know yourself on what you enjoy. Encourage those around you to play and have fun to in whatever way is playful for them.
