They feel busy but not productive. They feel like their day is being hijacked by other people's agenda for them.” “Books, of course, are not entirely dead things, there is a life to them. But they don’t start breathing and living unless the reader comes and gives the other half of the life so to speak. When the student is ready, the teacher arrives. And it is on us to be in a moment to be teachable and ready.” “Essentialism found you because you were ready, because you were willing to look at your life in that moment and say alright this isn't what I meant to choose. I ended up choosing a strategy that I didn't mean to choose.” “The most important criteria is what my concious dictates what I should do. Ask yourself, “is this right?” “Is this the right thing to do?” Our consciousness is a spiritual thing.” “It’s not about saying no to all the things, it's about saying yes to all the right things.” “I need to have an energized reminder, “pull me back to what’s essential” reminder every week.” “Pause, close your eyes, take a deep breath, get into this moment and ask “what's important now?”, “What is essential now?”, “Is this essential?” And what happens next matters the most. Just do that next thing.” “Each of us has a unique, essential path to live and we always have enough time to complete that mission and to do what is essential.”
The Purpose Chasers
https://thepurposechasers.com/

https://assets.libsyn.com/secure/content/190049375"}
