As the chief philanthropic leader at CREA, she oversees administration and strategic investments through grant and scholarship initiatives, in CREA communities throughout the nation.  Arvetta is a Certified Fund Raising Executive and earned a Bachelor\u2019s in Community Health from Indiana State University \u2013 School of Health Sciences, and a Master\u2019s in Health Administration from Indiana University - School of Public and Environmental Affairs. Arvetta is also currently a Non-Profit Leadership Candidate in Harvard University\u2019s John F. Kennedy School of Executive Education.
