There\u2019s a term in psychology called \u201cattributions\u201d and how we make judgments of others based off of situational or personality attributions.   [11:42] How We Judge Others Is A Reflection of Ourselves. Our lack of self love can be seen in the way that we judge others. That hurts, right?   [13:29] How Do We Stop Being So Judgy? We\u2019re going to share some tips that have helped us become a little more self aware. Stop & Observe - ask yourself where this is coming from.
