She explains how often a client would come looking for a particular form of advertising, and she and the team in the agency would back them up to get to the root of what they were hoping for in an outcome. Begin with the end in mind and work backwards to design the solution; she still uses that approach today with her coaching and consulting clients.   While he\u2019s busy running his business and leading people, he sees himself as a person trainer of sorts, pushing people to grow into their potential. Coming to this awareness was a stretch for him, as it wasn\u2019t addressed in business school!
