She didn\u2019t feel super confident when teaching classes. She didn\u2019t feel like she fit the \u201cfitness instructor\u201d mold. - Patience dealt with disordered eating and body issues. - She didn\u2019t want to turn 40 with this taking up so much space in her life. She was committed to working on herself.&amp;nbsp; What was your experience with the program? And what was it like going back into the world? - Patience is not woo woo, but she found value in journaling and meditation.&amp;nbsp; - She was going 150% and needed to take time to ground and center herself. - She established a routine which she kept up over a year later.&amp;nbsp; - She questioned whether or not she was meant to be in the fitness space, and got confidence out of BCB.&amp;nbsp; - When she has bad body image days, she\u2019s now able to shift this perspective and remember that it doesn\u2019t really matter. How else is she showing up confidently? What are some things she\u2019s really proud of?&amp;nbsp; - She\u2019s an introvert, so showing up on social media, being vulnerable, and sharing her story is a big deal for her. She wants her story to help other people.&amp;nbsp; - Patience used to view her empathy as a weakness, but is now embracing it. She can connect with more students and help them feel comfortable.&amp;nbsp; - Empathy is needed in the fitness industry, and it\u2019s something unique she can bring to the table.&amp;nbsp; She felt the calling to teach, how was she able to trust herself and follow her purpose? - She really loved teaching and couldn\u2019t stop thinking about it, so she got her personal training certificate.&amp;nbsp; - If you hear a little voice saying \u201cwhat if you can?\u201d you need to go for it.&amp;nbsp; - What you\u2019re spending your time thinking about and planning is what you need to be doing.&amp;nbsp; Advice for the next round of Body Confident Blueprint? - Don\u2019t have expectations and be open. Open mind, open heart and be receptive to learning things, even the things that will be hard to learn about yourself.
