Tune in to learn more!   Biggest Takeaways From Episode #129: Boundaries have two functions: protecting yourself (and\/or other people), and defining yourself physically, sexually, intellectually, and emotionally. In other words, the way a person presents themselves physically is an example of their boundaries. If a person has leaky sexual energy, they aren\u2019t managing or "containing" their sexual energy in a healthy way. Keep in mind that your perception of someone else\u2019s sexual energy is exactly that: your perception.
