Rumi Ohnui and Charlie Anthe, co-owners of Moshi Moshi, not only hire happy people, they work hard to keep them that way, prioritizing their staff even during the difficulties of COVID.   Rumi\u2019s story of owning and running a restaurant, during a pandemic and otherwise, is fascinating and inspiring!   \u201cMoshi moshi\u201d is how you say \u201chello\u201d in Japanese, particularly when answering the phone.
