We need to ensure we do no harm to our patients.\u201d \u201cPrecedence is always set at the top of the business.\u201d  \u201cSometimes they walk right past the front desk without paying.\u201d \u201cForgiving patient co-pays is illegal but is being used as a marketing tool!\u201d \u201cAt Shady Dental there is a lot of equipment turn-over, a lot of supplies turnover, because it walks out the back door.\u201d \u201cShady Dental also hires a new hygienist from a near-by practice, so that she will bring her patient base with her.\u201d \u201cLeadership in the practice matters. If the doctor does not lead, someone else will step into that role to lead. And they may not like who takes the lead.\u201d  \u201cI love talking to the dental students, being able to make a difference in what they are going to go through down the road. It is so important.\u201d  \u201cIf you are an Associate Doctor, you need to learn to run your own reports.\u201d \u201cHow much caffeine do you need to run a practice for crying out loud?
