That you are important and what you do it important too. I think it\u2019s important that we aren\u2019t so hard on ourselves as a mom and as a person. Being negative in our heads can come out sometimes. We are just too dang hard on ourselves.   So in the season of love, I want you to remember to love yourself. As a mom and as an individual person.   I would love for you to write for yourself on a paper that you feel really confident in as a mom TODAY.
