Digital delivery of our meetings or our services  and I get it, a lot of us are zoomed out here we\u2019re not fully into you know the digital meeting but if you look at, what is likely to come is the hybrid workforce rotating office hours, rotating days those that are vulnerable not coming into the office either to work or be the recipient of your services, you're gonna have this hybrid environment. So part of that means, make sure that your offices are digitally ready and here\u2019s what that means more cameras, more screens, so make sure that you\u2019ve, you know, you\u2019ve got that computer that doesn\u2019t have a plug in camera you may wanna get that your gonna have meetings where--if I\u2019ve been to your office you know what this is like we\u2019re having a meeting at the boardroom I take a laptop I put that the end like somebody\u2019s sitting in the chair I put it on and whether on Skype or Go to Meeting or whatever other video chat platform we\u2019re talking to somebody like they're there.
