The first thing I do is focus on my beliefs.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; On today\u2019s episode I am talking about what I call \u201cbone deep beliefs.\u201d &amp;nbsp; These are the beliefs that are rooted and grounded in who we are- the beliefs so DEEP IN OUR BONES- that these beliefs cannot be shaken nor shattered. Not by anything nor by anyone. &amp;nbsp; Your \u201cbone deep beliefs\u201d about yourself are an internal source of power.
