I give you some new mindset phrases to tell yourself and read an amazing quote from a recent Instagram post I saw from @comefollowmedaily. It\u2019s not easy to change our minds about ourselves, but it can be done. You can change the way you see yourself in all its stages. &amp;nbsp; Our bodies change after having kids. It\u2019s part of the evolve of our motherhood. So why are we so hard on ourselves? I hope this episode helps remind you of your beauty and worth outside of a look or numbers.
