Longitudinal data systems (like the Workforce Data Quality Initiative) are at the center of these efforts. *Justine is a also polymath. She served on the Academic Research Council for the US Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and on the Council of Economic Advisors to the Governor of Rhode Island. She holds a PhD in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley and remains Professor of Economics and International and Public Affairs at Brown University and Faculty Research Associate with the National Bureau of Economic Research.
