Ms. Morgan\u2019s career spans the clean energy industry, as a policymaker, manager, consultant, project manager, public educator, and executive coach. A specialist in organizational management, Ms. Morgan helps clients manage rapid growth, innovation, and flexibility. A former Deputy Commissioner of Energy for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and of Environmental Protection for the State of Maine, in both roles she participated in the state\u2019s efforts to deregulate its electricity market. A pioneer in electricity aggregation, she formed New England\u2019s first retail aggregation for 100% renewable electricity. Upon moving to San Diego, she saw the power of California\u2019s Community Choice model to speed the transition to an electricity system free of carbon and responsive to local community needs. She earned her Masters in Public and Private Management from Yale University.
