Firstly, the material that pins everything together comes from a deep honesty with herself. She\u2019s spent much time reflecting on what brings her joy and with retrospect, what has caused her grief and sadness. It\u2019s wonderful to interview someone who talks with so much openness, displaying such a sense of humility with lack of judgment. This is a valuable piece and is probably one of the quickest ways to invite others to join your train.  The second being hard work and determination. Using the knocks as a process of elimination as to ultimately what to use going forward that feeds both yourself and others.  Finally, creativity and flexibility. Use what\u2019s available to you whilst creating and seeking what isn\u2019t. I found this to be such a prevalent attribute of Luisa\u2019s.
