Nuances can give us information and a bigger picture of a situation or experience. Coming back to a neutral position is always key in either\/or situations, as well as, in yes or no questions. If we\u2019re in the present moment, we can ask if something energizes or deflates us. If we miss a \u2018yes, and\u2019 opportunity, we\u2019re most likely trapped in our mind and its stories.
