She is a lover of sushi, yoga, the beach, and laughing.   Today we\u2019re going to talk about a few different aspects of adjusting to a big life change, such as a cross-country or even an international move. What we talk about here would apply to any big life transition though, whether it\u2019s moving or having a new baby or starting a new job or dealing with a family illness. Big life transitions really do have a way of making us feel disoriented and uncertain, like the world is shifting beneath our feet. We usually have a whole new list of logistics to handle. But in times of change, we also have to re-negotiate roles with our partner, help our kids manage their big emotions, and figure out how to take care of ourselves while we\u2019re dealing with all kinds of unpredictability.
