I thought that was the best way to keep on moving forward... But I found the opposite to be true.  When I dismiss or ignore my feelings, they stick around and linger.  And have a way of seeping out when I\u2019m least expecting it. When I acknowledge how I\u2019m feeling and show myself some self-compassion, I\u2019m able to move forward. It doesn\u2019t stop me from taking action.  It just allows me to be better tuned into my needs and wants.
