Here\u2019s where we practice self-observation, curiosity and neutrality. When we\u2019re experiencing joy, fear cannot exist. Fear is so prevalent in our society that we sometimes can\u2019t discern that what we\u2019re feeling is fear.  Sometimes fear is used intentionally to manipulate society-at-large, such as the antics of the company Cambridge Analytica.
