In this interview, we talked about Durb\u2019s story from getting kicked out of his dad\u2019s house at 13 for tattooing his friends out of his basement to now running his Red Tree Tattoo Gallery & True Tattoo Supply company out of his 10,000 sq ft studio in Columbus. We talked about the tactics he used to grow his reputation and customer base when first starting out as a tattoo artist. We talked about how he leveraged the publicity of his Hell City Tattoo Festivals to build his brand. We also got into how he, himself, through trial and error, invented the first original Disposable Memory Foam Grip Covers and Disposable Steel Tip Tattoo Tubes & Cartridge Needles that revolutionized the tattoo industry forever.  Durb and I discussed some of the highlights of his career, including tattooing rockstars like Rikki Rockett from Poison and Jacoby Shaddix from Papa Roach.
