Maybe what I do or have done, but not me.\u201d Murchie shares that one of her favorite episodes was with Sarri Gilman. \u201cIt was about finding your boundaries,\u201d Murchie says. \u201cBeing able to say \u2018No,\u2019 and knowing when to put yourself first.
