It was so interesting to hear her journey and how she handled the ups and downs.&amp;nbsp; She shares some helpful thoughts on how to be a conscious consumer, which I found really useful.   And we talk about how she takes care of herself in order to prevent burnout and the pull to be a work-a-holic.
