That\u2019s not to say he\u2019s not open minded, but if you don\u2019t like what he says, what he does or why he does it, he just knows that he\u2019s not the right person for you.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; He\u2019s also dealt with more adversity than a lot of people I know, but still manages to live in gratitude no matter the hand he is dealt.&amp;nbsp; Coach was born in Kingston, Jamaica and possesses the skill and eye of a fine artist as well as the experience of a former athlete in track and field and football. He possesses over 30 years of experience in training professional athletes, collegiate athletes, youth athletes and those dedicated to optimal health and longevity.
