The Enneagram, like no other personality assessment I know, challenges a person to face “their stuff”. It’s a brutally honest lens, or mirror really, that allows a person to understand their core needs and fears and how that drives one’s behaviour. It’s not all bad news however, the Enneagram also provides a hopeful pathway, marking the trail to growth and transformation for your particular “type”.
