Awkward Networking with Nick Bayer – Saxbys Coffee
Season 2 starts stronger than a 20 oz Americano with 2 shots of espresso, as I welcome my first guest and good friend, Nick Bayer – Founder & CEO of the deliciously successful Saxbys Coffee. You know that awkward moment when you move to a new city knowing only 2 people and somehow build one of the fastest growing coffee companies with 30 cafes on the east coast?   No?   Me neither.   But that’s exactly what Nick Bayer did.  So of course, I had to visit him at HQ to split a couple iced lattes and learn how he built his network.  Specifically, I had to learn how that network helped him build his multi-million dollar company that provides jobs and job training for our local communities.
