Sadly there is no cure, but with a positive outlook and by taking the life-extending drug Kadcyla, Fiona is living her life to the full. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Since her diagnosis, the former journalist and now PR professional used her skills to successfully campaign for Kadcyla to be routinely available on the NHS.
