  <title>Developing Everyday Leadership</title>
<description>This is the third and final podcast in the 'Who is a Leader' series.&amp;amp;nbsp; In this podcast Terry, Gary and Jill first recap previous discussions on the concept of everyday leadership.&amp;amp;nbsp; They then move on to explore definitions leadership and the concept of leadership development.&amp;amp;nbsp; &amp;amp;nbsp;Once these concepts are established the conversation moves on to how we can all develop our leadership by changing how we perceive, experience, understand and interact with the world. It is proposed that this type of development changes the nature of our consciousness and enables us to use our leadership in a way that has a positive influence on other people and our society. As a result we progress through the&amp;amp;nbsp;Seven Stages of Leader Development.&amp;amp;nbsp; Terry, Jill and Gary then explore how this type of development can be encouraged and accelerated through getting the right type of preparation, challenge and support. The podcast then ends with a discussion on how developing everyday leadership can create a better, and more sustainable, society.
