In this session, we will:  Learn industry trends that are radically shifting how organizations are setting a new pathway for outcomes based measurement; Explore ways to measure diversity &amp;amp;amp; inclusion beyond the traditional demographics in order to achieve greater impact and outcomes; Offer effective strategies for improving meaningful data, analysis, and strategic assessments to evaluate successful outcomes.   The Commission's Diversity Professionals Group (DPG) is composed of senior-level staff from Commission-member organizations responsible for developing and implementing diversity management goals and initiatives within their organizations.  The group holds forums for constructive problem-solving, the sharing of best practices, and networking and participating in educational programs about diversity and inclusion issues. </description>
