She is now far more interested in useful sound. Her question is a simple one: we already know that changing the breath changes how we feel. What changes when you add your own voice to the exhale? Vibrational Voice is her practice — breath, humming, sustained tone. No singing ability, no equipment, and sounding good is not the point. Here is the distinction that makes it hers: in a sound bath, someone else strikes the bowl and you receive it. In Vibrational Voice, the person making the sound is also the person receiving the vibration. Source and receiver, the same body. A classically trained opera singer, international recording artist, and GRAMMY voting member, Heather has performed across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and North America. The practice grew alongside Voice of the Earth, her feature documentary on sound, vibration, and our relationship with the living world — which she now screens and follows with a live guided practice, so a room feels the thing rather than only watching it. She can hold the physiology without claiming more than the evidence supports, go all the way into the sacred with audiences who want to go there, and then set the theory down entirely. After twenty-five years of being listened to, her most provocative conclusion is that the human voice may matter most when nobody is listening. 0:56:20 VIbrational Voice Experience 1:16:38 Closing Thoughts Connections: Heather Schmid: Website: https://www.heatherschmid.com/ Vibrational Journeys Website: https://www.vibrationaljourneys.com/ Contact: https://www.vibrationaljourneys.com/contact-3 Toward A Better Life: Website: https://towardabetterlife.com/ Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/cw/KevinPennell Kevin Pennell: https://towardabetterlife.com/contact/
