He earned his Ph.D. in Bioengineering from Harvard University and completed a postdoctoral fellowship in Professor Feng Zhang’s lab at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard. His research in CRISPR and microfluidics led to multiple patents, peer-reviewed publications, and two spin-out companies focused on early cancer diagnostics and high-throughput drug discovery.&amp;nbsp; At FoundersX Ventures, Leo has backed companies including 1910 Genetics, Omniscope, Zafrens, Colabra, and Palamedrix.
