Beating the Forgetting Curve - Thoughts from Kevin
How much do you forget after you learn something? A lot — probably more than you'd like to admit. Whether it's a training session, a podcast, a book, or a video like this one, most of what we learn slips away faster than we expect. In this episode, I share four things you can do to remember more and forget less: focus on the key points, make them findable, use spaced repetition, and have a learning partner.
