Fortunately for him, a trained first responder saved his life with a tourniquet. Paul and Bill discuss this at length as there are many lessons to be learned.  Once more, evil has appeared amongst us, not late at night in a bad neighborhood, but in the middle of the day in a shopping center. The rampage killing attack at the In-N-Out Burger in Twin Falls, Idaho is yet another example or reason why we train and carry.  Louis joins Paul and they will examine that situation at length and consider the many lessons that we can learn.
